Delete your Ansa account
1 min read · Updated 7 October 2026
You can ask us to delete your Ansa account, which you use in the Ansa Voice app, and the information that belongs to it at any time.
Ask us to delete it
- Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in to Ansa with.
- Say that you want your account deleted. If you belong to more than one business on Ansa, say which, or say all of them.
- We’ll reply to confirm, and delete it within 30 days.
If you can’t send from that address any more, tell us your name and the business you used Ansa with, and we’ll check it’s you another way.
What we delete
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your sign-in sessions, and the phones and devices registered to you.
- Your access to every business you belonged to.
What stays, and why
- Your business’s call history and voicemail. These belong to the business you worked for, not to you, so they stay with the business. Voicemail is deleted automatically after the period the business sets (90 days unless they change it).
- The record of administrative changes you made, such as changing a setting, kept for at least 12 months so the business can see who changed what.
- The record that you were shown the emergency-calling warning, because it’s the evidence that you were told Ansa can’t call emergency services.
If you’re the owner of a business
Deleting your own account doesn’t delete the business. To close the whole business account and delete its calls, voicemail and contacts, email [email protected] from the owner’s address.
If you just want to stop using Ansa at work
Ask your business’s owner or an administrator to remove you in People. Your phones stop ringing for the business straight away. See Remove someone from your team.
